Partner benefits packages sit at the center of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. These packages are bundled offerings designed for partners, and they include discounted licenses on the Microsoft products you already use to run your business, along with one-on-one personalized support, developer tools, and additional resources. The three-tiered packages feature increasingly robust offerings to meet your business in any stage of growth, whether you’re building new practices, scaling services, or expanding into AI-led opportunities.

As customer needs evolve and AI continues to shape growth, we are expanding the package offerings in February 2026 with additional Microsoft Copilot licenses, expanded security benefits, and an on-demand AI partner marketing resource to drive demand together. 

Explore the partner benefits packages to determine the best fit for your business. Each partner can have up to three packages—one of each. Then, have your partner admin purchase the package(s) in Partner Center.
 

Partner Concierge: Your personal Microsoft partner advisor

Partners with an active Partner Success Core Benefits package, Partner Success Expanded Benefits package, or Solutions Partner designation have access to Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Concierge. This one-on-one advisory service connects partners with a dedicated specialist who can guide them through technical, sales, and go-to-market motions. Through Partner Concierge, partners can strengthen their pipeline with data-driven insights, refine their Microsoft Marketplace presence, activate targeted campaigns, and uncover new opportunities with presales and technical teams.

Partner Concierge also supports deeper customer engagement through training options, certification paths, and tailored sales enablement. It provides practical guidance on co-sell readiness, Marketplace publishing, and referral strategy. Partners can access Partner Concierge directly in Partner Center by selecting the Concierge option in the navigation menu. From there, they can request a consultation or schedule time with a specialist to explore technical presales, go-to-market planning, or program benefits. Partners with Partner Success Core Benefits, Partner Success Expanded Benefits, or a Solutions Partner designation can begin using Partner Concierge at no additional cost. 

Now is the right moment to activate Partner Concierge. Partners use it to ensure their solutions are ready, Marketplace listings are optimized, and go-to-market plans reflect the latest program investments. Fully engaging in Partner Concierge can unlock significant combined value across licensing, Azure credits, and technical resources. Partners can activate Partner Concierge service by visiting the Concierge page in Partner Center. Don’t have access to Partner Concierge? Purchase a benefits package—either Partner Success Core Benefits or Partner Success Expanded Benefits—to gain access today.

 

Performance and incentives: Rewarding quality and outcomes

As of October 15, 2025, partners have begun receiving monthly performance reports that cover presales activity, post-sales engagement quality, claims status, and earnings-cap progress. These updates reinforce our shared focus on high-quality customer outcomes. Partners who meet or exceed expectations may qualify for earnings-cap increases of up to 50% above their initial allocation, subject to program guidelines and budget availability.

Performance reviews and reactivations occur weekly. This ensures that partners in good standing can continue submitting nominations without delay. More information is available in the performance and earnings-cap documentation in Partner Center.

 

SPARK: Smarter targeting through data

On November 15, 2025, the first FY26 SPARK Propensity data set was made available in Partner Center. SPARK identifies customers with the highest likelihood of purchasing Microsoft solutions across all nine solution plays. Partners can use these insights to prioritize outreach, target campaigns, and align resources to opportunities with the strongest potential.

Each data set includes direct links to playbooks and campaigns in a box. This makes it easy to activate the opportunities surfaced in SPARK and connect customer needs to relevant solution guidance. Partners can explore these resources in Partner Center.

 

Recognizing partner excellence and differentiation

As we announced at Microsoft Ignite, we continue to evolve our designations and badges to empower partners to differentiate themselves in the market.

  • The Frontier Partner badge recognizes organizations leading AI transformation through an AI-first, human-led approach that combines AI agents and human ingenuity to scale innovation and impact. Earned by showcasing excellence across numerous Microsoft Cloud and AI disciplines, this new symbol of leadership and impact is how we recognize partners who are bending the curve of innovation and setting the pace for what’s next.
  • The Frontier Distributor designation, now globally available, recognizes Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) distributors that meet the highest standards of performance and enablement. This is designed to create differentiation and scale for partners that deliver meaningful value to the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment, empowering distributors to grow faster, activate more resellers, and deliver greater consistency in customer experience.
  • The Support Services designation celebrates partners that deliver exceptional customer support experiences across the Microsoft Cloud. Because these partners meet rigorous standards for satisfaction, resolution, and service excellence, customers can identify them with public badging that signals their support capabilities and differentiates them in the market.   • The Digital Sovereignty specialization identifies partners uniquely qualified to assess, architect, and implement sovereign cloud strategies across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Security. These partners drive innovation while maintaining high levels of trust, privacy, and compliance.
