The Cloud CRM Competency is no longer available for attainment or renewal and will be retired on October 1, 2020.
Starting October 1, 2020, the Partner Contribution Indicators (PCI) score will be used to determine partners eligibility towards attaining or renewing the Cloud Business Applications competency. The PCI score is a more holistic measurement of a partner’s abilities to deliver successful customer outcomes. Check your PCI score in Partner Center regularly to make sure you’re eligible to attain or renew the Cloud Business Applications competency when your renewal window opens on or after October 1, 2020.
