Unifying business operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365

A leading temporary employment agency headquartered in France specializes in recruiting high-quality job applicants. However, the company faced a significant problem: The business applications it used to support the all-important recruitment process were not working well together. In addition, the company’s customer relationship management system and other tools were archaic, making it increasingly difficult to respond to customer demands as quickly as the competition.

For help, the temporary employment agency turned to Masao, a Microsoft partner based in France. Masao recognized the challenges the client was facing and set out to streamline and unify their business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

By developing proprietary modules on top of Dynamics 365 and deploying the full range of Microsoft products, Masao was able to automate many of its client’s tasks and analyze results to create greater overall efficiency. Since its inception in 2006, Masao has sought to differentiate itself in three ways.

First, it positioned itself as experts in customer relationship management. Over the years, it has implemented CRM solutions for more than 250 clients, building credibility in the marketplace.

Second, Masao proudly proclaims itself as Microsoft specialists. It is a Microsoft Gold Partner, and it let prospective clients know about its experienced team of Microsoft-certified experts, who can develop and implement customized CRM solution based on Dynamics 365.

The company’s third differentiator is its personal touch. As a relatively small company of 60 employees, Masao focuses on providing high-quality, customized service to clients that are usually located nearby. Word of mouth is critical, and Masao goes out of its way to earn the trust of the local companies with which it works.


Deepening relationship with Microsoft key to success

Upon meeting the Microsoft France team, Masao knew that it made a wise decision to focus its business on Microsoft technologies.

Masao now builds its internal teams in line with Microsoft’s various business areas, such as marketing, management, and business intelligence. When clients have a specific need in one of those areas, Masao assigns the appropriate team and builds solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform, while seamlessly integrating additional platforms like Azure,Power Platform, or Office 365.

The key for Masao, according to owner Eric Soldati, is that all these tools are compatible with Microsoft Azure. "Azure gives us the flexibility to provide different services to different clients." Now with Azure and Dynamics 365, Masao is equipped to deliver a comprehensive vision of each client’s information services and workflows.

Cloud opportunities are increasing

Over the past decade, Masao has become a highly successful consulting company with a strong—and growing—reputation. One of the keys to the company’s future success is Microsoft AppSource, which has enabled the company to offer its products and services online to a global audience of potential customers—customers the company didn't have the capacity to serve before.

Using Microsoft AppSource has resulted in steady growth for Masao, both in market share and in the number of customers the company can serve. In addition, Masao expects to continue specializing in CRM solutions based on Dynamics 365.

Owner Eric Soldati says he expects the upcoming professional versions of various Microsoft products to be “revolutionary”—which will enable Masao to continue earning the trust of its customers.
