In this online course, we cover how to (1) set up and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing instances, configure advanced settings, and review domain authentication, email best practices, and data protection; (2) create and manage marketing content, such as marketing forms, pages, and emails; (3) tailor your messages to specific audiences through segmentation; (4) build automated campaigns, known as customer journeys; and (5) create events, and manage sessions, speakers, and logistics. We end the course with the review of insights that we've captured from contacts, leads, accounts, and segments.

This training is highly recommended for IT professionals who want to learn how to leverage Dynamics 365 Marketing for businesses and functional consultants who are pursuing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate certification. Prerequisites: knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform and an understanding of basic marketing principles. Power Platform experience, especially in model-driven applications, is also recommended. This course also helps you prepare for Exam MB-220.
