This course equips you with the skills necessary to identify and configure the key components for delivering Field Service and mobile solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service application. Additionally, it focuses on components that are commonly used for work orders, including agreements, inventory components, purchasing, and mobility strategies. A primary focus is on how to best leverage tools to locate and schedule resources. Tools include the schedule board and the schedule assistant in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
This course is designed for IT professionals, Field Service professionals, Field Service consultants, and Field Service functional consultants who have experience or interest in delivering Field Service solutions to large-scale customers, and for functional consultants who are pursuing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate certification.
Prerequisites: basic understanding of Dynamics 365 features, functionality, and navigation. This course also helps you prepare for Exam MB-240.
