The Partner Support Improvement Campaign (PSIC) is focused on improving our Partners Customer Support. It will allow Partners to earn an incentive reward for reducing escalation incident rate to Microsoft during the campaign period. It will also allow our Partners to graduate directly to the future Designation program more easily.
