According to a recent study conducted by the United Nations Global Compact and Accenture, 98% of CEOs agree that sustainability is core to their role and 54% are strengthening visibility into the social impact of their company’s value chain. 

A study conducted by Microsoft on the voice and attitudes of small and medium business (SMB), found that 82% of early adopters of technology have annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / Environmental Social Governance (ESG) – specific reporting.  

#BuildFor2030: Entrepreneurship for Positive Impact accelerator applications open 

The Microsoft #BuildFor2030 Initiative is a call to action for our global partner community to drive changemaking, innovation, and collective impact, to help advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.  

We’re excited to invite Microsoft partners – startups, ISVs, and digital natives – building new solutions that directly support the UN SDGs to apply for the upcoming cohort of the Microsoft Entrepreneurship for Positive Impact accelerator and get support to scale their technology:   

  • Dedicated support from the Entrepreneurship for Positive Impact global team 
  • Enablement support to publish partner impact solution on the commercial marketplace 
  • A dedicated senior coach (Microsoft leader) for one-on-one coaching for 9 months 
  • Feature opportunities with Microsoft and third-party impact organization
