Amid the increasing integration of AI into various business applications, cloud and AI skilling is essential for partners to reach their full potential. Microsoft is committed to helping address these skilling needs so that partners can help customers enable new services and products that use these quickly advancing technologies. Our partners have asked for our support in giving their employees Microsoft Azure Depth Enablement—in-depth knowledge specifically focused on Azure solutions for the Microsoft platforms and technology they use every day.
As part of our training efforts, Microsoft is now offering partner employees the opportunity to elevate their technical skills in specific lines of technology related to Microsoft AI and the Microsoft Cloud. These multi-day Microsoft Depth Workshops focus on practical technical aspects, including architecture and implementation considerations.
We encourage all partner technical learners to register for the skilling events relevant to their business to enhance architecting, deployment, and implementation skills and help unlock the capabilities of AI and cloud technology and applications.
Hone your technical skills in Microsoft Azure, Business Applications, and Security solutions
Microsoft Depth Workshops embody their titles by offering deeper, hands-on training that builds on advanced certifications. Their goal is to equip partner employees with the knowledge to help customers confidently adopt and optimize Microsoft AI and cloud products and services.
In these training courses, you’ll learn from Microsoft experts who have experience helping customers with the platforms and applications they teach. Sessions are designed to help you apply concepts and skills through structured learning and real-world customer scenarios, all aligned to mainstream solution plays. Learn the skills needed to improve deployment efficiency and time to value when it comes to Modern Work, Business Applications, Security, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Azure.
Depth Workshops in the coming months will focus on the following priority topic areas:
- Azure Depth: Building and modernizing AI apps on Azure, the Azure VMware solution, Microsoft Fabric, migrating and securing workloads to Azure, and Azure OpenAI.
- Business Applications Depth: Building AI-powered customer experiences with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, reimagining processes automation with AI and Power Automate, securing and governing Power Platform at enterprise scale, and transforming field operations with AI and Connected Field Service. The workshops also feature customer success stories using Business Applications.
- Security Depth: Threat protections and incident responses with Microsoft Sentinel as well as with Microsoft SIEM and XDR, migrating to Microsoft Sentinel, preparing for new threats with Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft Defender for O365 and Cloud Apps, and identity and access management with Microsoft Entra.
- Copilot for Microsoft 365 Pre-Sales & Technical Bootcamp: Launched in January 2024, we are now offering the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Pre-Sales & Technical Bootcamp to help you take your technical skills to the next level and learn how to enable Copilot for Microsoft 365 effectively. This bootcamp, taught by Microsoft experts, will explore how Copilot for Microsoft 365 provides real-time intelligent assistance, enabling users to enhance their creativity, productivity, and skills. This is an intermediate training event that is tailored to provide you with an understanding of how you can access and configure Copilot for Microsoft 365 in your organization and how you can extend it using plugins. You will also gain the expertise to successfully prepare your customers for Copilot for Microsoft 365 deployment and accelerate.
- CSP Masters Copilot for Microsoft 365 Sales and Technical Bootcamps: We are also offering the CSP Masters Copilot for Microsoft 365 Sales and Technical Bootcamps for CSP Partners selling to small and medium sized business customers. In the Microsoft 365 CSP Masters Bootcamps, partners will learn about Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and AI powered Collaboration and Security value in Microsoft 365. We will focus on helping partners get started with Copilot for Microsoft 365; how to build a practice, land your first sale and deploy and manage your first Copilot customer.
Many of the workshops also feature live, hands-on labs, exclusive to a limited number of Microsoft partner participants on a first-come, first-served basis in partnership with Skillable. These events offer flexibility so you can take the training when it fits into your schedule. In addition to live sessions in English, live captions are offered in a dozen languages.
All interested partners can register now for immediate access to on-demand content, as well as enroll for new events as they become available in the coming months. For each workshop, participants should have some familiarity and work experience with the relevant solutions. We also recommend possessing knowledge of the relevant role-based certification content, though passage of specific certification exams is not required.
