The Catalyst Accelerator Program

Powered by Microsoft, The Black Channel Partner Alliance (BCPA) in conjunction with AppMeetup, has created an innovative and engaging new Accelerator program. The Catalyst Accelerator program empowers Black-owned partner organizations by providing access to deeper engagement, information, and resources that build and scale your business within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.



Apply for the next Accelerator

Microsoft partners selected for this cohort will receive:

  • Personalized 1:1 partner support in developing your company roadmap for solutioning, sales, marketing, customer growth, and efficient Microsoft partner resource navigation
  • Access to a partner enablement and tech acceleration intensive which includes curated cloud enablement, financial management, entrepreneurship, and tech business education courses
  • Mentorship, including group and 1:1 business advising and strategic support, focused on your company growth
  • Additional opportunities that are embedded into the program to aid in the development of a profitable cloud business
  • Engagement with Microsoft executives, stakeholders, and partners

Upon completion of the Catalyst Accelerator, you will receive:

  • A feature spotlighting their solution and service on Microsoft platforms and in the BPCA directory, with opportunities for article, blog, and video features
  • Business Prioritization, including prioritized referrals to other Microsoft partner programs post-graduation
  • Post-graduation support and the opportunity to carve out the next steps for your continued success

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants must be a Microsoft partner with a MPN ID and meet one of these categories:
    • Offering consulting and services that utilize Microsoft products, or
    • Building on a Microsoft platform to build their own business, or
    • Developing apps using Microsoft products, or
    • Creating IP using Microsoft products (i.e., organizations who are willing to build technology on the Microsoft platform)
  • At least 51% Black-owned tech organization based in the United States
  • Enrolled in the Microsoft Black Partner Growth Initiative
  • Have a public facing website with the solution and/or service offerings in market
  • Business in operation for at least two years (24+ months)
  • Social Media Presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Revenue above $250K
  • 25-100 Clients
  • 5 employees (including the owner and/or contractors)
  • Willingness to have company owners attend all Accelerator sessions
  • At least one solution or consulting services offer in the marketplace, or willing to publish an offer on the Microsoft Commercial Market within 6 months, with a focus in one or more of these areas: Azure, Business Applications (i.e., Dynamics 365), Modern Work (i.e., Office 365, Teams), and/or Security
