How is Partner Marketing Center changing?

Partner Marketing Center is being revamped with AI-powered capabilities. This next-generation experience serves as the centralized hub for campaign planning, publishing, and performance tracking. With capabilities like AI-powered customization and co-branding, automatic sends, and more, this new experience empowers partners to go to market more efficiently—and reach their goals faster.

Available to partners with partner benefits packages, ISV Success, and Solutions Partner designations starting in early 2026, the next generation of Marketing Center will replace legacy tools like Digital Marketing Content OnDemand (DMC), the Go-to-Market Toolbox, and Geo Expansion Readiness Assessments. It will enhance and simplify the Marketing Center experience, allowing partners to transform their marketing strategy and drive measurable growth.

What’s happening to Partner Marketing Center content?

Downloadable campaign in a box content will be available on the current version of Partner Marketing Center during and after the launch of these new AI capabilities—but premium capabilities will be exclusive to the new experience. These capabilities include:

  • Conversational AI interface that you can use to develop or sharpen your marketing strategy.
  • AI-powered search to help you surface campaigns using natural language.
  • Automatic customization with content tailored instantly based on your partner profile.
  • AI-guided editing to refine messaging based on audience, calls to action, and more.
  • AI-powered copy revisions based on your input.

Until new capabilities are live in early 2026, all partners should continue using PMC to access the latest campaign in a box materials.

The Partner Marketing Center that partners know and use today will continue to host campaign materials after this launch, but partners will only be able to unlock the full capabilities, including AI-powered customization, co-branding, and automatic campaign sends, through this next-generation experience, so we highly encourage making the switch and deepening the impact of your marketing efforts.

What’s happening to Digital Marketing Content OnDemand?

DMC will officially retire at the end of December 2025, and its capabilities and campaign in a box materials will migrate to the new Marketing Center experience. The updated, AI-first partner marketing platform will replace all of DMC’s capabilities, bringing together campaign assets, publishing tools, and performance insights into one intuitive hub.

Will I need to learn a new system?

The updated Marketing Center experience is designed with intuitive UX and AI-guided workflows, built to minimize the learning curve. It combines existing tools to simplify campaign execution, so partners can expect a smoother experience without the need to navigate multiple platforms.

To ensure that partners are onboarded quickly and smoothly, there will be dedicated training sessions and office hours once the next-generation Marketing Center goes live.

Will I be able to customize campaigns?

Yes. The new Marketing Center experience supports easy, almost instant campaign customization with AI. The platform will offer automatic content tailoring based on partner profile and inputs such as target audience, calls to action, and more, making it easier for partners to access purpose-built assets without needing to manually customize them.

What are the benefits of the updated Partner Marketing Center?

The next generation of Marketing Center is an AI-powered partner marketing experience built to ensure Microsoft partners continue to lead in the constantly evolving tech landscape. You’ll find ready-made campaign assets including, but not limited to, social posts, e-books, and infographics that you can customize to suit your go-to-market objectives and branding needs. Marketing Center's new capabilities offer:

What should I do during the transition?

Until the new experience launches in early 2026, partners should:

  • Continue using the current version of Partner Marketing Center for campaign assets. Campaign in a box materials will be available for download before and after the new experience goes live.
  • Stay up to date through upcoming newsletters, updates, and training sessions designed to help you get ready for the next-generation experience.
How do I activate the new AI capabilities?

These capabilities are available to partners with a partner benefits package, a Solutions Partner designation, or ISV Success.

Once you’ve purchased a partner benefits package, attained a Solutions Partner designation, or joined ISV Success, your partner admin can activate the updated experience through Partner Center. Then, your organization’s partner admin, global admin, or account admin can submit a Partner Concierge consultation request.

Am I eligible to use the updated Marketing Center?

How do I sign up for the new Marketing Center experience pilot?

Partners can sign up to participate in a limited-seat pilot for the new Marketing Center capabilities. This pilot will help us gather feedback on the new experience and shape it to best meet partner needs.
