  • If your organization earned a payout, an email will be sent to the email used for the program registration.
  • The email will come from cisupport@msdirectservices.com with the subject “Welcome to the Channel Incentives Banking Portal”.
  • You MUST submit your banking information per the email instructions or you will NOT receive payment.
  • If your organization earned a payout and you do not receive an email by November 15, 2019, contact stlpromo@microsoft.com.
