New My Cases and Support workspace capability starting in November

To improve end-to-end processes and systems toward simplifying volume licensing (VL) experiences for our partners, Microsoft is developing a tool called Volume Licensing Central. The first capability available will be the “My Cases and Support” workspace. This communication update features additional readiness content and registration details for our upcoming community call.
