The goal of this learning path is to help partners accelerate or optimize a secure remote work practice and understand the opportunity to provide customers with services that help them securely communicate, collaborate, and access company resources and applications. It provides high-level guidance and valuable resources for driving new revenue opportunities, developing strategies for marketing and lead capture, selling, and building deeper and longer-term engagements with customers through potential new offerings such as managed services. It also offers guidance on the technical skills needed, the Microsoft resources available to accelerate learning, and the key opportunities for technical delivery.
It provides best practices based on a December 2020 MDC Research study of 1,173 Microsoft partners to determine the most profitable opportunities for remote work services in the last 12 months. The modules are structured into five stages that take a practice from concept to growth.
