In stage 1 of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) for Partners, Listen and consult, we engage in active listening and strive to understand our customers' priorities and challenges, and the potential for addressing their requirements. From here, we engage in co-innovation and co- development, and commit to our customers' success. By the end of stage 1, a partner will share a lead with Microsoft or be brought into a deal by our sellers.
