In stage 2 of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) for Partners, Inspire and design, we build on what we learned through active listening during the Listen and consult stage, and we go deeper with the customer. We co-innovate and co-develop with our partners and create a solution that best aligns with our customer's needs. The key to success in stage 2 is our close collaboration with our partners.
