In stage 4 of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) for Partners, Realize value, we collaborate with our partners to drive a successful implementation and deliver exceptional outcomes to our valued customers. We bring the production design to life and provide the necessary training and support to help ensure customer satisfaction. In this stage, we validate the solution architecture, address potential risks, and confirm that appropriate metrics are in place to measure success. Finally, Microsoft and our partners work together to identify other ways to serve our customers and develop new opportunities.
