This FAQ answers partners’ questions regarding the move to a local billing model for new commerce offers in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. These changes are for direct CSPs and indirect CSPs in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada from March 1, 2021; in France, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland from October 1, 2021; and in India, Spain, and Brazil from February 1, 2022.
