Responding to Covid-19 together
At Microsoft, we’re working to do our part by ensuring the safety of our employees, striving to protect the health and well-being of the communities in which we operate, and providing technology, tips and resources to our customers and partners to help them do their best work while remote.
Vivek Puthucode, One Commercial Partner lead for Microsoft Asia Pacific shares thoughts during these challenging times. He points out resources to help Partners drive business continuity and train up. These resources are meant for Partners of all sizes to help not only their own organisations but also their customers.
We are living and working in different times, challenged by Covid-19. It is our intention to help support our partners in ways that would allow you to exercise business continuity in your organization, amongst your teams.
Many of our partners and customers have asked us to share the details of how we enable remote work for such a large workforce. We have provided some of our resources and best practices, as well as services available to our partners:
Teams is a pivotal part of the remote work experience, and Microsoft is committed to making Teams available to everyone.
We recommend that partners lead with the CSP Office 365 E1 Trial as this is the only experience that partners can initiate and manage. Please see details in our news article.
When the CSP trial doesn’t align to customer seat needs, licensing model or audience limitation. For customers with no Microsoft account manager, partners can request the passcode from Partner Center Support. Click CSP, then select Cannot find an offer in the catalog.
Virtual delivery options are now available across all Microsoft 365 Partner Accelerator workshops.

Microsoft FastTrack is available to assist organizations setting up remote work and learning in response to COVID-19. We recommend partners work alongside FastTrack, to gain access to deployment resources, remote engineering assistance and to leverage data migration services.
In support of individuals and organizations around the world responding to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Microsoft Business Applications announcing several new offers across Power Platform and Dynamics 365. These offers are intended to provide organizations with the personal and organizational agility they need not only to weather the current crisis, but to emerge with the foundations for continued business growth. COVID-19 has impacted the lives of people around the world. Travel restrictions and new rules on large public gatherings have changed the daily routines of millions and the impact on schools has been tremendous. For our education customers, many partners have asked what we can share on remote learning as schools in many areas start to close for extended periods of time.
