We’re pleased to continue offering virtual Surface device briefings and are able to share the entire FY24 H1 schedule at this time. There are two different briefings – both the Surface Hub/meeting rooms sessions, and the Portfolio sessions that cover the other Surface devices including the latest devices, excluding Surface Hub. Both experiences are offered live and provide the opportunity for customers to view the Surface hardware in a dynamic setting, receive an overview of functionality, and to ask questions and chat with the presenting subject matter experts. For more information on each session, please see the attached external invitation templates, which we encourage you to share with your customers and partners.
At this time, the Surface Hub briefing is NDA confidential and limited only to attendees whose organization have an NDA in place with Microsoft. After submission, each attendee will move to pending status. Once an attendees NDA is confirmed, the attendee will be approved in the system and receive an Outlook invite with a link to join the briefing via Microsoft Teams from firstname.lastname@example.org
If an attendee’s organization does not have an NDA in place with Microsoft, they will be given the option to sign one. Once fully executed, they will receive an Outlook meeting invite with a Teams link from email@example.com
The Surface Portfolio briefing will continue as normal, open to all invited customers and partners and an NDA is not required.
Internal attendees are welcome also, and if your customer is attending, we ask that you attend too, to help address any questions and track follow up actions. If you work with individuals who would like to learn more about Microsoft’s Surface offerings, please invite and sign them for an upcoming session or guide them to self-register themselves.
